Travel and H1 Stamping question

Hi,

I got my H1 Extension done and have my new I-797 i hand.

My current I-94 and stamping will expire on Aug-2012.

Can I travel to India between 1-Jun and 30-Jun and return to US without having to go for another stamping ?

I am just trying to avoid going to the consulate for stamping as I plan to return before my current stamping expires.

There should not be any problem. Staple all I-94's together and submit to the airline when you leave. On returning make sure your new I-94 matches the latest petition and not the Visa.
