Tiburona Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 I have entered the USA using my L1 visa, however, upon entry I wasnt given a I-94 card, they just stamped my passport with the admittance stamp. Now I found an employer, who wants to petition for H-1B on my behalf. can we file I-102 and I-129 concurrently together in the same package? Since technically it is a change of status for me? Or do I have to file them separately? Link to comment
