wiweq Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 If you have unexpired B1 visa you are all set to enter in USA. Once your H1b is approved you need to file COS from B1 to H1b using form 539. Second way is leave USA get H1b stamping and reenter using that visa. Link to comment
