L1 B extension for L1 A Visa

Hi,

My company filed for L1 extension during first week of Feb due to my i94 that was due to expire on 02/17/2012. This went for an RFE and was found that an L1 B extension was applied for an L1 A Visa.

Keeping L1b RFE (due in May) response on hold, they filed L1 A extension in March with an addendum. An RFE was issued for L1 A too which is due in June. Company wll be filing a response for L1 RFE as well.

As per the suggestions of the imm specialist, my company filed EB1 in April. Currently, for L1 B RFE they have filed a response as if it was not filed by mistake.

Can anyone explain what implications that such a scenario will have on my stay? How will it affect my EB1 application?
