shivakbonala Posted May 1, 2012 Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 I recently received my EAD card and I-765 approval notice with incorrect name on it. I returned my EAD card for correction and haven't received my new card yet. My H1B status is going to expire this month. Do I need to apply for H1B extension?? Or Can I still work with out applying for H1B extension since my EAD and I-765 approval notice?? Link to comment
