h1 ext stamping in mumbai

Today i went to mumbai consulate for my h1b ext stamping.

Employement Type - FTE

Questions:

What is ur Job title

What you do

What is the name of ur company

what is ur salary

Are u going to work at petitioner location

No Documents asked.

Finally Visa is approved and VO said you will get ur passport in 4-5 days.

My Observations:

I would strongly recommend everyone who are on EVC/EC model, Be prepared for EE relationship questions. Consult with your employer or HR Dept on all the standard questions before coming for interview. That way you are prepared and consistent.

For the people who are going for the first time stamping, please atleast try to get full name of ur client contact, Also

Dont just come in casuals if u r applying for H1B. I saw some guys in Flipflops also....might be for F1.

Listen to VO carefully and then only answer. If VO is expecting answer in yes or no then dont give explanation.
