Travelling during H1 Amendment Process

Hi All,

Does anyone know if we can travel to India while USCIS is processing the H1 Amendment?

Yes...u can.....I did travel to India when my H-1B petiton was under the amendment process. But unfortunately, I received an RFE and had 2 wait 2 months before I went for the visa stamping.

If u r in a similar situation, then it is recommended that you should travel only after the amendment process is completed.
