sasidharsap
Hi I need some information before attending my H1B stamping. I came USA in 2011 June 17th (visa valid up to Sep-2011) with employer "A' and i got job in August 2nd. I changed my employer in Sep-01-2011 and he filed new H1B as my old visa is valid up to Sep 22-2011. I got visa up (I797) to 2014 and working the same client from last 8months i have W2 and pay slips. Now i am planning to go to Canada for stamping, whether i need to carry my old employer documents or not.?? I have collected all documents ( Client letter, vendor letter, pay slips etc,.) from my current client and employer. Thanks Sasi Link to comment
Kriss.gv
Carrying old employer docs doesn't cause any harm and, as it is your first H1B with Employer 'A' , better carry them to be on safe side. Link to comment
