wiweq Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 Company asking money for H1b sponsorship is fraud. Stay away from frauds and complain to ICE. Asking H1b processing fees from beneficiary is illegal, and illegal activities should be reported. Though some of the H1b fees may be payable by beneficiary, but those should be clearly discussed in written or mentioned in offer letter. Link to comment
