lols
I am travelling outside the country this June and will be back in july. My H1B stamp is valid until Sept 2012 with company A and I currently work for company B with valid 797 until 2014. I will appreciate all the responses. Thanks. Link to comment
wiweq
You don’t need H1b stamping again. Just use old visa stamping with current I797 at POE. Link to comment
livliv
You can use your current Visa and new approval notice. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
It seems, you do not need visa stamp but you need to carry both I-797 & TELL THEM WHICH ONE IS LATEST, so, you'll get I-94 dates based on that. Link to comment
ashluck
You do not need new stamp of company B but make sure you show the 797 of company B at POE so that you get new I94 as per company B's petition and not A's visa stamp. Link to comment
