new L1 B petition after 11 month gap

I got my first L1B aug 2006 and traveled Jan 2007 stayed 11 months then returned to india and stayed 11 months at india.

then again traveled to US oct 2008 stayed till jun 2010 (2.6) yrs with 2yrs extended petition. so totally i stayed 3.6 months in first L1 B.

then i stayed in india for 11 months now got the new L1B with 3yrs valid.

can i stay 3 yrs in this petition or the remaining 1.6 yrs in the 5 year slot?
