H4 extension got approved - but just received I797C - do I need I797A?

Hello,

My H1 transfer got approved along with my wife's H4. I am waiting for my H1 approval notice.

Received my wife's I797C today (Notice type : Approval notice) which doesn't have I-94 attached.

Last time when I applied for H4, I received I797A directly (Notice type : Approval notice).

will just I797C will be sufficient to stay in US as it has expiration date on it.
