Problem With RFE

Hi ,

We filed an L1B to H1B Petition with COS on last October 12 2011,

USCIS gave an "RFE" on Feb 16th 2012 with Employer-Employee Relationship seeking info.

Our Lawyer replied on Mar 23 rd 2012,

It's been more than a month and my status was not updated to "RFE Response review"

My lawyer is not in US right now and she ll be back on May 15th 2012,

I am bit confused whether my "RFE response" has reached USCIS.

My Last Date for sending RFE response is May 13 2012,

Is there any ways to ensure whether my "RFE" has reached USCIS ?

Kindly help me by providing ur inputs.

Only the employer or the lawyer can call CIS regarding this. An H1 application is the employer's application.

I was intended the same. I am reframing my sentence:

Ask your employer or attorney to call to USCIS in this regards. The contact number of USCIS should be mentioned in H1b receipt.

If the case status is "RFE response review" that means the USCIS has received the RFE response.
