nw80211
My petition is approved on Oct,2009 and validity is up to sep,2012.My question is ,suppose someone is not going for stamping and current petition expired then on same H1B other company file the new petition (After transferring H1B..even earlier petition is expired). Please anyone can educate me regarding this. What is different between H1B Visa and petition? Link to comment
JoeF
A visa is an entry document only. If a person has been counted for the quota in the last 6 years, i.e., if there was an approved H1 petition for the person, then the person is not counted again for the quota. Link to comment
