goodluckishere
My h1 visa was rejected under 221g in Jan 2012 and my petition was sent back to USCIS for review and possible revocation. This week the USCIS case status has been changed to "Acceptance". What does this status mean? Am I close to reaffirmation of my petition? Pleas advise. Link to comment

mk2245
Acceptance doesn't mean your H-1B is approved or reaffirmed. Its just an indication that USCIS have received your petition and they have started reviewing it. Link to comment
nefan
How are you checking your case status online? When i enter my I-797 receipt no. in the USCIS case status, it only shows my H1 wass approved on march 2011, which is the date it was approved. It doesnt show the latest updates. Is there any place else i have to look? Link to comment
goodluckishere
I am checking the same link. You would have to wait till you see the next status. You can set an email alert for status change. Link to comment
