Below the given dates of Petetion, Visa and Travel dates. COMPANY A: Petetion Dates: 01 OCT 2005 to 30 SEP 2008 Visa Stamping Dates: 29 MAR 2007 to 30 SEP 2009 Date of First Arrival in USA: 21 APR 2007 Applied for Transfer in Oct 2007, Then comes to COMPANY B: Petetion Dates: 02 NOV 2007 to 14 OCT 2010 Visa Stamping Dates: 17SEP 2008 to 14 OCT 2010 Date of Last Departure from USA: 11 AUG 2009 Can I use old H1B remaining years from India in the current scenario?
