Hello,

I am holding L1A visa with company A and it is expiring on June 2012. Company A is planning to renew my L1 Visa. Can I apply H1B with company B before filing L1 A renewal and if yes Can I work in company A till Oct 2012 and work for Company B as H1 B after Oct 2012 in the following situations

1) H1B approved while I receive RFE for L1A renewal or in progress

2) L1A and H1B both approved
