Planning for H1B Stamping in Canada

Hi All,

My Status is F1-OPT-H1B-H1B Extension now. I am in EVC model. I work for an XYZ client and they will not provide any letter for my stamping. I got my H1B first time in Jan 2011 for 1 year and then got my extension approved for 3 years in Jan 2012. I am planning to go for H1B stamping for the first time in Canada. Is it ok to go fro stamping without client Letter? Also can someone tell me what is the process(Website and documents required) to book the slot for Stamping?

i went for stamping without client letter. i think it should be fine until you provide an email from client that you cant provide the client letter..

To book your appointment, just google the "US consulate + <name of the city you want to go to>". One of the results will be the website for the embassy. On the website you will see a link under visa section that will take you to where you need to apply

Do we need a Candian Visitor Visa before we fly into Canada or will that be granted at the port of entry?
