My mother is diagnosed with Lung Cancer (4th stage), I want to be with her and take care of her. She is in India. I am not sure how much time she has, but I am planning to be with her in India. My question is, can I be in India for 3-6 months (Leave without pay)? I got my H1b after F1, and I never went to India, so my H1b is not stamped. Will I face problem due to long leave, at the time of Stamping in India? Thanks in Advance. Link to comment
