For a person whose H1B starts in Oct 2012 when is the earliest date that he can go for H1B visa stamping in Chennai/Vancouver?

if you have an approved H1B then you can get it stamp any time but the only thing you should consider that if go for visa stamping in May and get a succesful stmp then only after 20 september 2012 you can fly back. so as a good idea dont try it till september.
