2 H1B's from different employers

Hi,

I have 2 petitions of H1B's from two different employers. Both are genuine and huge companies. I have read somewhere that 2 petitions are not allowed for single candidate. I want to know if that is true and if yes, what should be my take on current H1B petitions?

=> What is this 'somewhere'? Please share. More than one h1b can be filed for single beneficiary. No problem. You need to pick at least one h1b out of those and maintain your status by working for them and getting paid by them.

Even though two employers can file separate H1s for one person, no sane employer would spend the money to do so if the prospective employee doesn't really want to work there.

A sane employee won't let the employer know that s/he is not going to join them, until s/he has accepted the 'best offer'.
