Hi All,

I got my H1B approved in Sep-2011. After that I changed my project at other location with other client. My new LCA has been also approved for this new client. My employer is still same. Now I am planning to go for 1st time stamping but I want to know that do I need to file for H1B amendment for new client? or can I go with my current approved H1B with new LCA? I am unable to find any H1B amend process on USCIS website. Please advise me and share some information if you have. Thanks in the advanced.

Hi,

I was in the similar situation and I have filed amendment and was sucessfully stamped. I have seen lot of them got stamped with out amendment (Canada) and there are cases who were rejected based on no amendment.

It's upto you, If you want to go for stamping with amendment or with out, I would suggest go with amended petition why take chances.
