H1 Stamping, While my dependent's H4 Stamping is still valid

Hi,

I was working for company 'A' and my H1 got transferred to company 'B'. I have my H1 visa stamped based on company 'A', that got expired. After i moved to Company 'B', based on my new approval notice, my wife and kid got their H4 Visa stamped in chennai and their stamping date is valid till my approval notice end date. I am still in US with my previous stamping which is expired. Now my wife and kid have traveled to India. I am also planning to travel to India for my vacation.

My question is I am going to chennai consulate for my visa stamping based on my new approval notice (Company 'B'). Does my wife and kid also require new stamping? They already have valid stamping based on Company 'B's approval notice.

Can anyone please reply to my question ? Is there any issue happens at the port of entry ? If so i will ask my family to have one more stamping.
