H1B : 6th year extension

Hi,

I came to US in Oct 2007 on L1 and got H1B in Oct 2008.

Went back to India in Sep2008 , worked the in the company for 1 week and resigned.

Came back to US again in Oct 2008 after resigning in india.

Currently i have visa till Oct 2013.

from oct 2008 to oct 2013 i will complete 5 years of my stay in US.

1) Will I get another year of extension on H1B after 2013 october?
