H1 revoked => New quota?

Hi

My H1 visa was refused in Jan 2012 and have been sent back to USCIS for review and possible revocation.

If my H1 is revoked, will I be counted against quota the next time I apply for H1?

If you have been counted for the quota in the last 6 years, you are not counted again.

When did you get email saying as H1suspension?

Did you do anything from to expedite the process ?
