My step brother will be 18 in 2014. My father is not living. My step mother was married to my dad before my 16th birthday.I have read that in order to sponsor my step momther she has to be married before the sponors(me) 16th birthday. Also, will my step brother will able to get his green card being the depandant of my step mom. Link to comment
