Notice of Posting - Please help

I have already asked the forum about this. I would really appreciate it if someone could help.

The lawyer my company has hired failed to tell us that a Notice of Posting needs to be present at a public place at the work location.

The company HR has already gone through one month of ads and one month of recruiting.

Is the notice of posting mandatory. If it is , what is other alternatives do I have to satisfy this.

Yes, It is mandatory and it also needs to have dates on it. You are only losing a month's worth of advertising, but that is a better option than a denied labor.
