The lawyer my company has hired failed to tell us that a Notice of Posting needs to be present at a public place at the work location. The company HR has already gone through one month of ads and one month of recruiting. Is the notice of posting mandatory. If it is , what is other alternatives do I have to satisfy this. desiinoh Posted April 26, 2012 Report Share Posted April 26, 2012 Yes, It is mandatory and it also needs to have dates on it. You are only losing a month's worth of advertising, but that is a better option than a denied labor. Link to comment
