Very urgent please help- very weird case

My Employer included both regular and premium forms in my application packet which he sent to USCIS on 04/06/2012 . He checked with the USCIS on 04/20/2012( friday) as didn't receive the receipt and then he came to know from USCIS that they considered my application in regular processing as they saw the regular form in the application . Upon my employers clarification they reviewed the packet and found my premium form and check and told him that they will process in premium . Did any one face similar kind of issue . Can anyone please guide me regarding this issue
