Employer not giving the I797A

Hello All,

I have been following up with my employer for my I-797A and vother visa documents but he has been pushing it for a long time. I need advice/help as to how should I go about it

without spoiling my work relations.

At the same my employer has hired me as a part time employee but makes me work

full time. He had initially mentioned that he would make me full time in 6 months but it has been almost a year ,and inspite of asking many times about the full time offer he has never given a clear answer and has been avoiding my questions also he has started asking

for the visa money without giving any guarantee of full time offer.

Find another employer.

And if the employer violates H1 law, file a complaint with DOL on form WH4.
