I had H1-B visa with Employer A and after 1 and after working fro 1 year, we filed for amendment to H4.

My Husband works for an MNC and can we file for my H1-B Visa amendment with this new Employer B to make him as my sponsor.

Murthy Attorney can you please let us know if we can go through this process.
