Can the employer revoke our green card ?

I just received my green card. If I quit my job now. Is it possible for employeer? I was spend 5+ years.

You have to have the good faith intent to work for the employer.

If you quit too soon, the employer can complain to USCIS and they can investigate you for fraud.

It is recommended to stay with the employer for 6-12 months after getting the GC. The time before getting the GC doesn't matter, since the GC is always for a job in the future, starting when the GC gets approved.

What happens, If i get the lay-off notice? Still he can do some thing?

If the employer lays you off, there is nothing to worry about, unless it is for cause. So, you can't just provoke getting fired.
