H1 filing in process. Want to go back and come after October. Please suggest.

Hi,

I am on OPT and my OPT expires on June 30 2012. My current company is filing for my H1 by April end. I wanted to go to India and come back in October. If I leave then my client will change. Is there any impact on my stamping if my client changes at the time of stamping. Is there any impact on H4 since my wife will accompany me when I return.
