I plan to come back before my stamped visa expire but would also like to get stamping done with new I-797 while I am there. Can I go to stamping before my existing stamp expire? Is there any window that I can apply within (like 30 days before or 45 days before my visa expires)? Please help !!! Thanks for your time in advance. Link to comment
