how recent must the paystubs be?

• Left Employer A on March 25th
  
• Employer B Filed New Petition April 3rd
  
• Received RFE on April 19th
  
• USCIS will now send the explaination for RFE
  
• Employer B will respond with evidence by April 27th - April 30th
  

4 questions

1. How long does USCIS take to respond to evidence provided ?
   
2. If the answer is negative and I dont have money for joining a university what are my options?
   
3. If a New Employer C then applies for my visa and my last paystub is of March 25th from Employer A - have I been out of status all this while and transfer will NOT be successful or have i been in status considering my application was pending even if there is no paystub?
   
4. How long(no. of days) have you or anyone been out of status and still have had new petition approved?

Joining a university is unlikely to be possible, anyway.

Real universiies have application deadlines. You can't just join in the middle fo the quarter/semester.

And if you are on H1, you need to get paid all the time. That's the law.
