Ritz1981 Posted April 21, 2012 Report Share Posted April 21, 2012 Hi All I have run into a serious problem. While in India I got offer from two companies: A and B. Both filed for cap-exempt H1b for Consular Processing. H1 of comp A is valid for 1 year while of B is valid for 2 years. I chose Comp A for visa stamping. Visa got stamped and I received I94 at the port of entry valid of 1 year. Now can I join comp B immediately after entering the US? Some people say since B also filed for Consular processing I cannot join them unless they file for Change of Employer or I re enter the US with a new visa, Please help. Thanks so much.
