UNINFO15 Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 All, I got my first h1b visa stamping in a foriegn country (EU) where i went for doing my masters. I did not completed my masters and came to USA on h1b. now i am going to Canada for my second stamping. will it be ok to go for VISA without masters degree? or will this be an issue. please advise. jhouston Posted April 21, 2012 Report Share Posted April 21, 2012 As far as I know, they only check for the highest degree given in your LCA. If LCA states that your job requires bachelors degree, then that is all you need to prove. However, having the qualifying degree from the US or Canada might help a little more at the consulate in Canada, but that is not absolutely necessary. Link to comment
