Failed to post Ad at physical work location. Is it a requirement?

The lawyer failed to tell us that we need to post the job at the physical work place at a well known location. Is this a requirement?

The company has post the job ad in their internal website for a month and followed all the other ad requirements.

Will this cause a problem while applying for Labor Certification ?

The company has already gone through the recruiting phase and were about to submit Labor Application.

Please let me know. Thanks
