hary536
Hello Friends, My company is currently preparing for PERM application and is at job description and requirements stage. My attorney just recently told me that for skills requirement, it is better to quantify them than just mention the names. For ex: 2 years in skill x, 1 year in skill y, 6 months in skill z, etc and get a proof for this. So far, I was not aware of this. I always heard and every friend I know, their cases were filed with just skills name and not with quantification of skills. Does anyone have any idea about this? Thanks, Hary. Link to comment
