nani501
Did anyone applied for GC in EB2 Category after getting Master's from *** or Tri-Valley University? I do understand we do not need to have Master's from US university to apply in EB2 category. Link to comment
JoeF
Only degrees from real, accredited universities can be used for immigration. *** is not accredited. Neither was TVU. The "degrees" from these institutions are worth nothing, and can not be used to get a GC. Link to comment
nani501
Can we use online Master's from Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) accreditated University? Link to comment
JoeF
CHEA doesn't accredit universities. They maintain a database of accredited universities, similar to what the US Department of Education has. Since CHEA also lists accredutation agencies outside the US, the US DoE database is probably a better list of educational institutions accredited in the US: http://www.ope.ed.gov/accreditation/ Link to comment
nani501
Looks like Stratford University is accredited in the US as this University does exist in the US DoE database. So, Masters from this University should be good correct? Link to comment
