pardhanc Posted April 19, 2012 Report Share Posted April 19, 2012 Hi Forum, Here is my situation. Company X sponsored H1B for me in 2009 Quota. Got approved, visa stamped and I landed in Dec 2008. Worked for 11 months in USA and resigned company X in Sep 2009, resturned back to home country on 13th Oct 2009. Company Y now sponsored an H1B for me and is under processing. My previous H1B has expired in July 2011. My queries.. 1. Will I be counted under H1B cap again? (Company Y filed it as Cap counted petition..FYI..) 2. If no, can I travel before Oct 2012? 3.
