yes, out of general 65K, 20K were filled and 9600 out of 20K under Master's quota was filled as of 4/13/2012. No worries for your situation, though 20K of Master's quota has been filled, you will be under general 65K quota and USCIS will accept your file. Surely, I believe the quota will last till sometime in June'2012. But still, to be in safer place try to find an employer and send your file ASAP.

The quota number increase will probably slow down.

The deadline for filing is when the quota is full, or when the end of fiscal year 2013 is reached (Sep. 30, 2013), whichever is earlier.

USCIS regularly updates the quota numbers, and lawyers then put the info on their websites. So, just watch these websites.

I did my masters in US. I am still trying to find H1B Sponsor (havent found one yet). I heard that already 30 000 seats are filled. Do I still have a possibility to apply for h1b if i find a sponsor?What would be the deadline this year i.e. 2012 for h1b filing? Thanks in advance.

Yes nothing is going to close in next 15 days. it will slow down now.
