Application date: 4/9/2012

Receipt date: Not known yet.

Application received Date : 04/11/2012

As of now : Acceptance status (04/19)

I-129 receipt date changed to after PP application: Apr/10

RFE: Apr/19

Currently waiting to hear on the RFE.

Hi Sri192, As of 04/27 any updates on RFE details? Did you received the RFE details?

Linpaws, my RFE is for more details on the employer. How about you? Have your lawyers responded back?

It has been a little more than 2weeks since I received an RFE and my lawyers are yet to respond back. Does anyone know if there is some duration in which an RFE has to be responded to before the application being voided?
