They are planning to pick eb2 under the BS+5 yrs option. 1) I have a 4yr Bachelor degree from India 2) Masters in Information Technology from the US 3) 4 yrs Experience in my current Job 4) One year Internship during my masters. 5) I am moving to a new job that has 51% or more changes to the job description.The new position will be the one i will be applying the green card for. Here is my question: The job description says BS + 5 years. I only have 4 years experience. But i have 1 year internship experience and it is related to my field of work. Can i count my intership experience towards my work experience? (I was told that i could count any experience post my Bachelors degree.) Is that right? Link to comment
freshoftheboat? Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 You have plenty of experience, you shouldnt worry if internship experience should count or not. My lawyer said that it can count, but again it depends again what your lawyer is comfortable in doing. Link to comment
