Do we need to do an amendment for our H1B with new LCA as mandatory? If so, can anyone let me know the fee for H1B amendment which needs to pay to USCIS even we didn't change the employer and just changed the work location. Link to comment

Suman Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 Hello Everyone, Am planning to attend the visa interview I have the H1B approval for the previous client and now am working for a different client, i updated my LCA with the new location (New Client) and same employer, still i need to apply for Amended H1B ? or can i just attend the visa interview with the already approved H1B? The Fee for amended H1B is $325 and we can do the premium process too.... Link to comment
wiweq Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 Let your HR take care of your LCA and H1b. They know better. Ask them to get you changed LCA. It's your right. Again, don't pay the fees related to H1b, it's illegal. Most of them should be paid by employer only. Link to comment
