seshuchamarthi
Hi, My situtation is very strange. I am in US on L1B from emploer A. I got a new project from Employer B and applied for COS to H1 on premium processing. On the 14th day i found on USCIS website that my COS has been approved and status was in post activity. I started working for emploer B on the start data mentioned in the COS. After 10 days there was a shocking news from my immigration lawer that my COS got RFE and need to be responded. Meanwhile i got my I-9 (emplotment authorization filed etc ...). I would like to know if i am allowed to work on H1-B for employer B while COS is in RFE. Does this hold legal status for me? Please clarify ASAP. I would really appriciate any help. Note: RFE was asking for document (pay stubs & w2 & ta returns) which were already submitted earlier. Thanks, Seshu Link to comment
sam18
I got the RFE for the same situation (L1 to H1B COS) - seeking the paystubs for earlier months. That was submitted with the petition. Dont know why again? Link to comment
