Primary GC Approved, Spouse GC Pending, Changing Jobs

Hi,

My GC(Primary) was approved 2 months back. Spouse's GC is still in initial review(Got EAD/AP). We filed our I485 4 months back.

If i change my job now, is there any possibility that my current employer can revoke my spouses GC application in any way? I heard that after 6 months of filing we should not have any issues. My concerns is me changing job before the 6 month period of applying 485.

Any insight would be helpful.
