i have submitted my passport to US embassy chennai on 1st march 2012. its 6 months still 221g green admin process is on my visa..

meanwhile i hv got wonderfull oppu in Singapore for 1 yr..

i want my passport back .. how do i get the same? i hv very less time i want to submit my passport in 5 days to Singapore visa.

Does this passport return will affect US stamping???

i m not sure how much tim it takes for US visa.. so i dont want to miss this oppurtunity....
