Advice needed on PERM reaching 6 years on H1...pls help

Hi,

I am working for company A where my PERM was filed in Jan 2012. It went into audit in April 2012.

My H1 is expiring Sep 2013.

Now, I have found a company B who are willing to do my PERM as future employee, but I have the following questions:

1) Let's Say Company's A PERM get's approved? I guess I am OK there , I can stop Company B's process as the priority date for company A is earlier.

2) Do I need to join Company B before 365 of H1 max out. Lets say company B files my PERM in June 2012. Do I need to join them before August 2012 or Can I wait till company B's PERM gets approved (say Nov 2012) and join them. I do not want to join company B without PERM getting approved there..

3) Can I stary mutliple PERM's and I-40 with different priority dates? The reason I ask this is company B is ready to file my I-40 in premium.

4) Company A's lawyer is Fragomen.. I have not really heard good things act this perm? what are the chances of this audit getting approved (basically they have asked everything, recruitment process including US citizens, business necessity etc etc..)
