GeorgeFromCanada)1
An urgent question for advice. We, my wife (primary) and I (dependent) applied for I-485 and her EVD through our (employer designated) lawyer in March and got both email and printing confirmation of our petition. Then came the retrogression. We applied for AP for my wife and EVD and AP for me beginning of April, again via our lawyer. Thursday, she received USICS's acceptance confirmation of her AP petition, but nothing for me. Yesterday (Saturday), my wife also received printing confirmation of acceptance of her petition, I received nothing. What should I do to check my petition status? I asked our lawyer when I learned about my wife's email notice from USICS and sthe lawyer advised me that the printing notice will come together. But obviously it was not the case. Where should I go to get the notice from USCIS for my petition notice? Your advice will greatly appreciated! George Link to comment
kalyan_ac
These type of cases generally come with a difference of a week or two. Dont worry you should be getting them soon You can check the status of your petitions at the USCIS site by registering yourself. Link to comment
