Spouse H4 I-797 has wrong class(as H1). Any issues getting EAD/AP?

My PD is current in the March & April 2012 bulletins but I have not yet filed as

I was waiting for my H1 extension (along with my spiuse H4) processing and I got it couple of days back.

I am now ready to file.

But When looked at I797 approval notices received yesterday, My H1 797 has every detail correct but

noticed the issue in my Spouse H4-797 approval.

Class on my spouse H4 797 is wrong. It saysClass: H1B.

Its both in Notice Type box and also in personal records copy in the bottom left half.

Everything else is correct except this even Case Type also reads as "1539 APPLICATION TO EXTEND/CHANGE NONIMMIGRANT STATUS", which is correct.

** Now the concern I have is that since the Class in my spouse I797 is wrong, Will this be any problem in getting EAD/AP? **
